Mickey serves as Adjunct Professor and member of the Advisory Associates at Rutgers University Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, as well as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council. She has served as expert panelist for FDLI/FDA, AMA, and ACCME.  Mickey is a registered pharmacist, holding a BS in Pharmacy from Rutgers University School of Pharmacy, and an MBA from Rider University. She was awarded a certificate in Strategic Decision and Risk Management- Emphasis Healthcare from Stanford University.

Mickey leverages over 30 years in multiple sectors of healthcare to spot early healthcare markers to identify growth opportunities for clients.  Her roles in healthcare span hospital, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, marketing and communications environments, general management and consulting.  Mickey has straddled clinical and business disciplines. She is recognized for her ability to organize complexities of science, healthcare policy and delivery, stakeholder perspectives and business implications in solving complex challenges to arrive at innovative and practical solutions.

In prior roles, Mickey was President and CEO of World Medical Leaders, a novel, Internet-based news, medical education and communications company for physicians.  A long-time marketing executive at Johnson & Johnson, Mickey managed nationally recognized prescription and over-the-counter brands, medical devices, as well as new business development in a broad spectrum of therapeutic and interventional areas.  At Assistant Director of Pharmacy at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, in collaboration with the COO, she created a novel business vertical to generate revenue outside patient care, which provided consultative services to external healthcare system stakeholders.
